As we face a climate crisis of unprecedented scale, the urgency for corporations to embrace sustainability and social responsibility has never been more critical. According to the IPCC, global temperatures are set to rise by more than 1.5-2.0 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels within the next decade, making severe weather patterns a norm; that will have enormous impact on economic growth, policies, geopolitics and our behaviours. The need to reevaluate business practices is urgent. In light of these challenges, forward-thinking organizations must proactively integrate sustainability into their core strategies to mitigate risks, capture inherent opportunities, and remain resilient.
